Job Description Position : MBA Summer Intern 2013 – Digital Communication Department/Brand : Estee Lauder Brand Reporting to : Sr. Digital Marketing Manager Location : Shanghai Online Application Period: April 23, 2013 to May 17, 2013 Online Application Link: http://search.51job.com/job/55159845,c.html PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES: 1. In the intern ship period, experience and learn about how Estee Lauder SNS platform and own media communication, from planning, content creation, tracking, consumer engaging to analysis. 2. Learn about Estee Lauder brand tone and participate, trial in working on brand contents & copy(Social accounts, EL-lady and other related platforms) which under social plan and in Estee lauder quality. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Social communication development 1. Assist digital marketing manager for SNS platform and own platform communication planning. 2. Coordinate cross functional task force team (product marketing, digital marketing and PR) for digital communication message structure development and update on a regular basis. 3. Work with social agencies to develop on-going contents for EL SNS platforms, weekly tracking for analysis and continuous improvement. 4. Support line manager on re-vamp of brand owned platform with product news, PR news and other brand equity building assets. 5. Online buzz monitoring and leveraging plan developed with e-PR team. 1 of 2 Team operation processes 6. Support to collect data and reporting for analysis of digital environment trend(especially on SNS/community site/iWOM platform)/category performance/EL performance vs competition 7. Social buzz tracking and listening follow up. Maintain social buzz and engage with consumer on social platforms 8. Follow up with social agency based on social plan and make sure on time delivery and execution 9. Follow up with social and content creation financial process QUALIFICATIONS: • Cosmetics experience and luxury brands retail experience preferred. • Digital marketing experience would be a plus.
