For change of important information, certification documents are required to be attached, and if necessary, our Department may consult S&T Section or relevant departments of Embassy/ Consulate-General of P.R.C in the host country. The original copy shall be mailed to Division Ⅱ of Overseas Training of our Department. — 1 —
